- Calcium (calcium citrate) – 750mg
- Magnesium (magnesium citrate) – 300mg
- Hydroyzed Collagen (from BSE free bovine source, halal certified) – 2000mg
- Boron (boron citrate) – 700mcg
- Zinc (zinc citrate) – 10mg
- Silicon (silicon dioxide) – 50mg
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (1000IU) – 25mcg
- Vitamin K2 (menaquinone 7) – 25mcg
Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Citric acid, Xylitol, Natural mixed berry flavour, Stevia rebaudiana leaf.
Dosage
1 scoop 1 time per day. Mix 1 scoop (9.2g) into 125-250ml of warm water. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.
